Daniel R. Caffoe
Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Caffoe is a founding member of the family of ImQuest Companies which began in 2004 and he became the Chairman of the three ImQuest entities early in 2008. He played a very important role in the company’s reorganization that began late in 2007 and has implemented new development plans that allowed ImQuest to raise the additional funds needed to continue with the original business model of developing early stage infectious disease and cancer products. From 1979 through 1987 Mr. Caffoe was the PGA Professional and Director of Golf at Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio. During the summer of 1987 Mr. Caffoe purchased Norwood Golf Club in Huntington, Indiana and operated that golf facility until he sold it in 1993. During his five and a half year tenure at Norwood he increased the revenue by more than 500%. In 1998 Mr. Caffoe became a licensed insurance broker and chose the life and health area to represent. In 2004 Mr. Caffoe became a Life Member of the Professional Golfers Association of America after his 25 years of membership in the PGA. In 2010 Mr. Caffoe was asked to join the Federal Allies Institute as a member of the Biosciences Committee and this appointment is especially interesting as the Federal Allies Institute is an organization that supports small business and helps to bridge the gap between the companies and the federal government. Mr. Caffoe has also been involved in the real estate industry as an investor and developer and has owned and operated a number of different types of businesses during his lifetime.
